These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by MEGOMOVZ (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including moving services and equipment rentals. By using our services, booking online, signing any work order, or otherwise engaging with MEGOMOVZ, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
MEGOMOVZ offers the following services:
• Local and long-distance moving services.
• Commercial and residential moving.
• Loading and unloading services.
• Equipment rental (e.g., dollies, hand trucks, straps, blankets, skid steers, excavators etc.)
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Quotes and Bookings
• All quotes provided are estimates only and may vary based on actual service time, labor required, or additional equipment used.
• Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from MEGOMOVZ.
• A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost.
• MEGOMOVZ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, equipment availability, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate details about the moving or rental needs.
• Ensure clear and safe access to pickup and drop-off locations.
• Be present during the scheduled service, or appoint a representative.
• Properly pack and label fragile or valuable items (for moving services).
• Inspect rented equipment before use and report any existing damage.

5. Equipment Rental Terms
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
• The Client is responsible for loss, damage, or theft of rented items during the rental period.
• Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges.
• A security deposit may be required at the time of rental and will be refunded upon proper return of equipment.

6. Limitation of Liability
While MEGOMOVZ takes great care in providing high-quality services, we are not liable for:
• Damage to items not properly packed by the Client.
• Loss or damage to valuables not disclosed or properly documented.
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.
• Personal injuries occurring due to unsafe premises, improperly packed items, or misuse of rented equipment.
In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

7. Insurance and Claims
• MEGOMOVZ may offer basic limited liability coverage for moving services as required by law.
• For full value protection, the Client must request and pay for upgraded insurance.
• Claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
